- Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum value.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
Delays
- Delivery delays may occur due to:

Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired or near expiry
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items (e.g., creams, serums, masks, etc.)
- Products without original packaging
Return Request Timeline
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Important Notes
- Grossia reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Minor packaging damage during transit (without product damage) may not qualify for return.
